different German language backgrounds. The school is using modern German
language books according to the "Common European Framework for
Language Learning and Assessment", utilizes modern technology in
its classrooms, provides continued education for its teachers and prepares
the children to take internationally recognized German language exams. Carmen Freeman, Principal
says: "We are excited to have been chosen as one of the "partner
schools" and look forward to interact with other schools, exchange
know-how on best practices and learn from each other to continuously
improve our own school. " The German School Association
is grateful to the German Foreign Ministry, the Zentralstelle für Auslandsschulwesen,
the Goethe Institute, DAAD, and the Kultusminister Konferenz for their
continued financial and material support.

of the future
“Education provides
prospects – being multilingual opens up new horizons. At our partner
schools abroad, we not only want to
provide people with access to our language and education system; we
also want to foster an interest in and understanding of one another.”
Former German Minister
of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Frank-Walter Steinmeier, instigator of the initiative
"Schools: Partners for the Future". The goal of the initiative
is to establish a network of at least 1,000 partner schools spanning
